As Haileybury enters its third year, we are building on the successes of last year while looking firmly ahead to what comes next.

With a growing student community, our teaching faculty has been working hard to prepare for the new academic year through an intensive programme of professional development, planning and collaboration.

Guided by the Haileybury Strategic Priorities, two themes have been at the heart of our preparation: 𝐏𝐎𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐅𝐔𝐋 𝐓𝐄𝐀𝐂𝐇𝐈𝐍𝐆. 𝐒𝐓𝐑𝐎𝐍𝐆 𝐏𝐀𝐒𝐓𝐎𝐑𝐀𝐋 𝐂𝐀𝐑𝐄.

Our teachers have been sharpening their understanding of effective pedagogy—modelling, scaffolding, retrieval practice and assessment—while sharing ideas, challenging thinking and learning from one another.
