Committed to Care
We take our responsibility to safeguard and promote the welfare of your children seriously.
Each house is led by a Housemaster or Housemistress (HM) who become the key people in the life of your child. Each house has a highly experienced team which also includes two Assistant Housemasters/mistresses (AHM) and a matron who assists in the smooth running of the house, including laundry, medical issues and offering pastoral support. The AHM will be on duty when the HM is not in the house and they are jointly responsible for the students. In addition to this, all academic staff are attached to the houses as part of the academic and pastoral team and they are on duty at various times during the week to provide academic and pastoral support to the students. They are often on duty and available for one-to-one support when required.
