We are delighted to announce the arrival of Simon O’Grady our Founding Headmaster, Haileybury Bhaluka.
22 December 2022

Mr. O’Grady has worked in five schools on four continents, leading three outstanding international schools in Egypt, Malaysia and Mexico. Dynamic strategic leadership and assured management have formed his international reputation. In Egypt, he led his school through two revolutions and kept his team together, despite the dangers, just prior to an outstanding inspection.

Our Headmaster has a deep-seated belief that all children are capable of great things and has an in-depth understanding of what high performance looks like in practice.

A graduate of the London School of Economics, he holds two master’s degrees, including an MSc in Educational Leadership. An experienced governor and international school inspector, he had been a long-standing COBIS Board Member. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and the Chartered College of Teaching, and an Associate of St George’s College, Windsor.

Mr O’Grady will be keen to meet with you, in person, to discuss your son’s education.
