How to apply?

General Entrance Procedure:

  • Year 7 (Age 11)
  • Year 8 (Age 13)
  • Year 9 (Age 14)

The general entrance procedure includes four main stages.

Stage 1 - Registration

To register your child at Haileybury Bhaluka, you will need to complete a Registration Form form and pay a non-refundable fee of USD $150 and submit a copy of your child’s passport, birth certificate, passport size photograph (2.5cm x3.0 cm), copies of national identity card (NID) of parents and most recent school report.

After having received the relevant documentation and payment, we will place your child’s name on our entry list, which will ensure that they will be considered as a candidate to Haileybury Bhaluka.

Stage 2 – Entrance Assessment

All registered candidates will be invited to sit for our entrance examination tests which will include an English test, a mathematics test and CAT (Cognitive Ability Test).

As a part of the procedure, we will request a reference from your child’s current school. In addition, all registered candidates and parents will have an interview with the Headmaster.

Stage 3 – The Offer

Successful candidates will be extended an offer of admission and asked to secure their place with an Acceptance Deposit.

Stage 4 – Visit Haileybury

The families of registered candidates are encouraged to visit the School by attending one of our Open Days or by individual appointment during term time.
